This system allows for minimal interaction of the booth attendant. They can only enter the type of transaction (type of credit card or cash). If it is cash, they must enter the amount tendered by the customer and the screen displays how much change to give back. If it is a credit card, the transaction is completed and the attendant has no more contact with that parking record.

In addition, attendant times can be tracked since they are required to log in with a password (if desired) when they start their shift. They can be prompted for breaks or lunches, and then are required to end their shift. At that time, the shift reports are created and the system is ready for the next attendant to log in.
