Handwritten Information is no longer locked into a paper form

This system is  currently being used all over the world to allow Government Agencies such as Police Departments, Colleges, Manufacturing, Construction, Insurance Companies, Banking and Health Care, to "keep" their paper format, while capturing the data into a "searchable database". Our database can interface with existing software so users do not have to change their operations or retrain employees. Through data integration, information stored in the PEN can be transferred to systems now in use. If there is no legal reason to retain the paper form, once the data has been transmitted it can be shredded and recycled for a Green Computer Solution.

Now employees can fill in the same paper format they are currently using and  no longer need to have the data transcribed or manually entered into a Database. With this new technology, forms are filled in with the PEN and the data is transmitted to you computer for processing using the docking station.

The PEN is fully Bluetooth(c) enabled, allowing for the most current, fully accessible methods of retrieving the data. The files are sent using your proprietary format which will only be recognized by the legitimate server or PC, running the interface. Also, the PEN may be password protected and the database may be password protected and encrypted. Signatures cannot be forged using the PEN. Your data is secure.

When you dock the pen, data is transmitted into a database and you see both the written form and the translated database record for verification. You can make any changes you require and then the form is saved as a final record.
